The VALORANT announcements index, first page read on 17 October 2026, runs back to November 2025. No entry is about Mobile.
Is VALORANT Mobile banned in India?
Nothing read says so, and nothing read says it is cleared either. Readers raise the Tencent link because MeitY blocked 118 mobile apps under Section 69A of the IT Act on 2 September 2020. That release’s appendix of app names was not in the text read, so we name no game from it, and no source ties it to VALORANT Mobile.
What Indian players can compete in now
PC VALORANT. Riot and JioBLAST announced a collegiate route in August 2026, the Campus Cup. For another launch still waiting on a date, see our BGMI Lite status check.
VALORANT Mobile India release: FAQ
When will VALORANT Mobile be available in India?
Nothing official this desk read says. Riot’s VALORANT announcements page, read by this desk on 17 October 2026, carries no VALORANT Mobile entry, and none of the pages read gives an India date. Turbosmurfs, as of 4 August 2026, says Riot has never given a date for any region outside China.
Will VALORANT Mobile release in India?
Possibly, but nothing read this run confirms it. Turbosmurfs quotes studio head Anna Donlon in April 2025 saying Riot would start locally before it finalised plans to expand to other regions. That is an intention to expand, with no country or timeline named, India included.
When exactly will VALO Mobile launch in India?
There is no exact date to give. Forecasts such as ‘late 2025 or early 2026’ were guesses and that window has passed. Fan accounts posting launch dates are not Riot. When a date exists it will come through Riot’s own VALORANT channels, so treat any other date as unconfirmed.
This is a status read, not a countdown, and not a guide to playing on Chinese servers. When Riot posts an India date, trust that notice over this page.
